Surprised 85 truck is fast and gets beat by 87 and 84

SI reporting a boat fire in the marina, E162/L82/BC23 responding

E162 stating there is a hydrant about 100? from the entrance

E167 was the Water Resource Unit on the 10-70

E165 was not initially available (EMS run), became available and was used as the Water Rescue Unit 

E164 Water Rescue Unit initially, 164 reported they were being used as an engine instead

L84 is usually a 2nd alarm truck on this box. I think 167/87 beats 165/85 into this box by a hair.
