not familiar with Harding Park of the South Bronx. whats its history? looks like a waters edge cottage village. was there ever heavy fire duty there?

Well played. I forwarded this history to my sister who is a Cornell U. grad. The place is secluded, except, it looks to me that aircraft landing on Runway 22 at LGA will be at about 400 feet going over Harding Park...every few minutes. Even more exciting than the "Expressway Visual" approach into Runway 31!
