Is it considered routine for both C's-6 & 7 to go to the same 4th?
 
Are these Chiefs dispatched to the scene or do they just show up as it seems like a lot of them and some of them I?m trying to figure out what their purpose would be at a fire scene
 
I?m referring to the extra car units that are not part of the first responses
