2251 - Bn. 19 - 10-75 the box. Fire in Apt. 4C on the 4th floor.

2254 - Bn. 19 - All Hands - We have a Collyers Mansion condition. Extra Engine and Truck (E-81, TL-46).

2301 - Div. 7 - 1 L/S/O, MBFKD, primaries are negative in the fire apartment, trucks are opening up. DWH

2307 - Div. 7 - Secondaries are in progress. PWH - Duration 27 minutes.

5/17 - 0740 - Div. 7 - Secondaries are complete and negative - Duration 9 hours.

Many companies were s/c throughout the night to assist with searches due to the heavy clutter conditions. Companies were advised to report with their shovels and masks.

A decon unit was also requested, I think it was E-64 (around 01:48)
