SI phone alarm box 1954, 789 Willow Road West, fire reported 2nd floor of a PD.

SI to TL86: The calling party is outside the address reporting an AC is on fire in the 2nd floor window.

quick ride for 166/86 but little bit of run for 2nd & 3rd due
 
Maybe relocated or extreme other activity in area. Surprised to see them there too. Then again, straight run on the SI EXPWY
