All Hands - 4 engines, 2 trucks, 1 fast truck , rescue and squad, all hands chief - all going to work + rac unit
10-75 without the all hands can be either small fire, water main break, other types of emergencies that dont require special units, additional chiefs, division etc.
sometimes you will hear a chief use signal 7-5.  usually an emergency or fire that doesnt require the special units or addtl chiefs etc

 
O'Neill's was a staple for those of us in the EMS community. I spent a few nights having a few drinks after work back in the early 90's at O'neill's. Very sad to see the damage done :(
