Was on the SIE in traffic due to the HOV lane closed for construction when this was transmitted. Rescue 5 came out of nowhere and blew down the HOV with of course in typical SI fashion like 15 vehicles following. Many of which had to take evasive action after they noticed actual construction vehicles in the closed lane after R5 pulled back to the right.
