Well, found out

The pair paid $43 million in an all-cash deal for the former Spice Factory site at 960 Franklin Avenue, according to a source familiar with the matter.

The seller is the longtime owner of the Spice Factory, Zev Golombeck. In 2017 he struck a deal to sell the site to Eichner and Lincoln Equities for $42 million, contingent upon a rezoning.

Eichner’s Continuum and Lincoln Equities planned to build two 39-story towers spanning 1.4 million square feet with 50 percent of the units designated affordable.”

Pretty cool video of the inside of the building and were the “kid” who’s like 6 foot was trapped
Excellent video. Surprised they were allowed to enter the building while operations were wrapping up, but still very cool to see the inside and vault that was cut. LL videos are usually very good. This run type was straight out of an episode of a tv show it seems like.

Some urban exploring gone wrong.
How long has that building been vacant? Secured well?
Interior Looks to be in good shape. Usually loaded up with trash, damage and spray paint

I think since the late 90’s early 2000’s. It was being used by a spice company last
