Appreciate the new format, but I have a question...this incident was reported (according to the log) at 1604 hrs (4:04 PM), so why is it listed with a time of "Today at 8:20 PM". Is that a flaw in the software? Just curious. Thanks.

Not Quite a 'Flaw' more of a 'Tick'... Go to Your Profile,Settings, Time Zone, Choose your zone, Save.
