D-6 hold off on that (I needed another engine, but I'll just make what I already have work harder) This is heard more frequently over the radio. The unions should be all over this.
 
The Sixth Division probably wanted one engine as reserve just in case someone needed relief on a job he knew was contained. He also knew that transmitting a second alarm brings a total response that nearly rivals the wildebeest migration across the Serengeti Plain.
