Smoke could be easily seen from my high rise in Coney Island---to my nw. {about 5 miles} Really was black only a short time around 4pm. and quickly whitened with just a few flare ups. Clear for last 10 minutes.(4:30pm) I think E.245 went to E.250.

More batteries from these E bikes? These things are really getting to be a public safety issue. But I guess its ok when it goes along with the city administration's plans. Whats a few buildings and some casualties? Of course I'm only guessing at what caused it but we'll see.
