163 has one but they were assigned 3rd Due (Not sure why another SI company couldn't transport it)

Not sure why E-229 or E-33 with theirs wasn't assigned.

Maybe OOS since I believe they are getting new ones

E-228 doesn't have one. Years ago they had one of those Alternate Fuel Response Vehicles
