Train Derailment
1018 - Bn. 16 - We have one car that has derailed. There is damage to the tracks. Ladder 40 is performing searches. It appears that all civilians have self evacuated.
1020 - Bn. 16 - We have (3) green tag patients that have all been removed by EMS.
1022 - Bn. 16 - The train is 200 feet north of the 127 Street Station at St. Nicholas Avenue on the southbound tracks.
1027 - Bn. 16 - The smoke has dissipated. We are currently using Engine 37 and Ladder 40, all other units standing fast.
1031 - Bn. 16 - We are sending Ladder 23 to 135 Street and St. Nick. Reports of a person stuck on a train in the tunnel.
1032 - Div. 3 - Assign a Battalion and an Engine to 135 Street (E-69, Bn. 12). Box 7152
1038 - Bn. 12 - We need immediate power off on all of these tracks. There are people self-evacuating onto the tracks. We are going to have members assist with getting people off of the tracks.
1041 - Div. 3 - All Hands - Rescue 3 & 1 and Haz- Mat checking the area.
L-26 FAST
1045 - Bn. 12 - We need another Battalion Chief here (Bn. 14). We have one train at the platform at 135 Street and one train stranded short of the station that is full of passengers.
1049 - Div. 3 - Make this a 2nd Alarm. All Engines for CFRD; two will go to 125 Street (E-91 & E-53) and two go to 135 Street (E-60, E-67).
1053 - FC - Command Post at West 127 and St. Nick.
1055 - Manhattan - Fallback Step 2
1058 - FC - Transmit the 3rd Alarm. Have all companies respond into the Command Post.
1103 - Manhattan - Per IND-652, all power has been removed on all tracks from 99 Street to 153 Street.
1104 - FC - From the 3rd Alarm, have 2 Engines, 1 Truck, 1 Battalion, and special call a FAST Truck to 135 Street with Battalion 12 (E-71, E-93, L-34 act. 26, TL-45 FAST, B-3).
1108 - Manhattan - Fallback Step 3.
1135 - FC - Have 1x2 and a Battalion respond to 110 Street (Box 7155)
1139 - FC - Transmit the 4th Alarm. Have two Engines respond to 135 Street, the remaining units respond to staging.
1155 - Bn. 12 - All passenger have been removed from the southbound B express train.
1204 - Bn. 16 - Secondaries on all tracks from 127 Street to 116 Street are complete and negative.
1214 - FC - Searches are negative from 110 Street to 135 Street. PWH - Duration 2 hours 28 minutes.
