How do they determine who gets a watch line assignment? Back in the day Boston companies with a certain number of runs would not get a watchline/detail assignment. Nowadays no such break.

They Must Have Moved Around.. Originally They Were Just By The RAC Van.
 
Looks like those canopies didn't fall by themselves. With all those nice clean brand new white helmets walking around, one of them should have either cleared the area, or told the T/L to hold up because there's men operating underneath you. Five members caught underneath are very lucky that there wasn't a brick veneer also coming down behind those signs.
