Battalion 41: 1576, we have a fire somewhere between the basement and 1st floor of a 2 story building 20x60, it's a private dwelling, address is 95 E31 st.  Apparent occupied, wood frame.  We have 2 lines stretched, 1 in operation, primary searches being conducted, trucks are opening up.

Division 15: 1576, at the 2nd Alarm, the chief reports we have heavy fire on the 2nd floor into the cockloft, we do have water on the fire, and negative extension in any of the exposure at this time, k.

DC15: Box 1576, at the 2nd Alarm, the chief reports we have heavy fire on tthe 2nd floor extended into the cockloft, fire is darkening down at this time, we might have slight extension via the exterior to exposure 4, we do have companies in place, k.

DC15: Box 1576, at the 2nd Alarm, the chief reports all heavy fire in the fire building has been knocked down, trucks are opening up, the cockloft is opened up, primary searches at this time are negative.  Trucks are also opening up in exposure 4 check for extension which may have occurred through the exterior wall of the original fire building.

Just another evening in Flatbush. My brother goes to school about 5 blocks away from this on New York and Lennox. If only he wasn't on summer vacation yet.

Any news on Squad 1 in terms of damage and injuries. Glad to hear it was labeled a minor MVA. Such a shame that they were literally only one block away from the scene.

Well they are a Squad so they go to fires outside of there 1st due Response area and they have a TRV which they run citywide.
