Initially a phone alarm for fire in a compactor, then changed to smoke on the 14th floor

0155 - B-18 to the Bronx, can you start a rush on EMS, we have a burned child along with multiple burn patients.
0158 - Bronx to D-7, additional reported apartments are 14A, 15D, 16A, 13C, 13A, and 16D.
