The fire building. One of the many, large MDs in Coney Island. Don’t think I heard duplex apartments in the CIDS but there are many in the area. Looks like one big building but as CIDS states, there are 2 addresses interconnected and depending which building you’re in the height varies from 7-12 floors. Fire apartment of “1T” and apartments up through the “Q” line mean many apartments.
