Yes, sadly it is the same job. I heard it on the radio today and just read the article. That area of SI has been ravaged by hurricane sandy and still to this day has some homes that are in need of renovations. In the weeks after Sandy there have been a few jobs on the same street due to post - storm conditions. It's a shame.

This is the intersection of the address of the Fire bldg it does not seem to be near the above posted box location of 2244 ?........ http://www.vpike.com/?place=ANDREWS+AVE+%26+CENTER+ST+STATEN+ISLAND+NY&r=e

The address is Center Place not Center street. That's probably what the confusion is.
