First 3 Due are Engines

Isn't 277 in w/112 ?
E-271 didn’t move either. It’s the ” Engine heavy triangle “. 112 & 124 all into that area with a very reasonable response time probably under 4 mins Or less. Plenty of areas of SE Queens or Staten Island with first due company’s with normal response times over 6 , 7 mins !

Kudos to 112 and 124. Heard they did a fantastic job. When I covered in bushwick I saw how tight those streets are and the fact that they, for the most part always manage to get great positioning.
124’s bucket was perfectly placed for this job. Brooklyn stand up!!! 🔥🔥🔥

After 15 years in 112, it was more likely then not, that these types of jobs always happen around 3 am. And yes I happen to agree with you, these are 2 great truck companies. I hear that these kids on the job today check for RAM, runs after midnight. Don’t know if that’s true or not, but we saw many a sunrise. 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

We used call it “SOB”. Sunrise over Bushwick. Some times it was pretty spectacular from a TL bucket ! Starr st , Troutman St and Jefferson STREET from Evergreen to Irving were alway great blocks for fire duty , especially when the Latin Kings had a strong hold on the neighborhood.

As far as the Jefferson st vs Jefferson ave you always and to read and confirm the address on the ticket. the building numbers were a good way to determining which Jefferson in the Bushwick section. Jefferson STREET would have building numbers from 2 up to about 400 building numbers , were as Jefferson AVE would have four digits building numbers starring at about 1000 and run up till about 1500 at the Queens border…Also Jefferson STREET are 700 # boxes & Jefferson AVE are 800 # boxes in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. Then both would turn into 4000 box # when they crossed the Queens border. Take time to make time !
