7/16/24 Brooklyn All Hands Box 0727

In 108 from Seigel St responding to Jefferson St on the Box going down Bushwick Ave & seeing a column of smoke Eastward we could expect nothing on Jefferson St & after a quick look 9-2 it & tell BKLYN we were heading to Jefferson Ave & to Transmit that....we were not normally assigned to the Ave but being on the road if nothing was sent out earlier we more than once arrived 1st,...on the other hand I do remember once being in QTRS & an address on Jefferson Ave went out but it was on Jefferson St & we got beat out....it worked both ways but as I recall there was more action on the Ave than the ST. .... as mentioned in an earlier post above Meserole Ave & Meserole St were sometime a mixup also....we were 1st Due to Meserole St. meserole street Brooklyn. but not on the Box to Meserole Ave meserole ave brooklyn which was several blocks North into Greenpoint .
