1558 hrs DIV*14 reports moving train a second time to an area near 39 Av & Skillman Av where there are no overhead wires or third rail so final extinguishment can begin .......Haz Mat  on scene as their are 1000 gallons of diesel Fuel on board ....still doubtful.

1640 hrs DV*14 reports Locomotive fire extinguished ....searches are negative.....BN*49 at other separate locations has extinguished  tie fires....Fire is Under Control...duration 1 hr 49 min.........( i would expect some possible passenger delays from Penn Station.)
