Without a doubt in my mind, if anybody was able to deal with a situation like this, "it was the FDNY".
The chiefs put their years of experience and expertise together and as a result we can see that a major disaster was avoided.

It seems like it was transmitted either with or after the request for major matrix, as indicated by the 2nd squad on 2nd alm. 2nd squad gets assigned on the 10-60 not the major matrix.

If it was requested even in a mixer off, the CO would have rebroadcasted it.

10-60 was never transmitted.....a major technical rescue response matrix was assigned. There are a few minor differences.

Only Rebreather 1 is inservice…. Rebreather 2 can be staffed during the day as personnel is with it.
