It is a bit misleading to those reading when you guess at who responded to the box and how they were due.  Even if you have the proper alarm assignment, you are not taking into account companies that are on other boxes (happens frequently), relocated, out of service due to training, etc.,...  Probably the better thing to do is ask if someone has the actual rundown for that particular box.  Eliminates confusion, if nothing else.
