Manhattan operating on CityWide 2 Frequency @ 09:00 7/6

Pretty sure this was as of 18:00 7/5. Heard quite a few transmissions from QD asking companies switch to Manhattan jobs on CityWide 2 last night. Unless there was something else going on that CityWide 2 was used for last night
