He's fine. Had a shocking experience LOL. knowing him he probably touched something he shouldn't have.  This building is a metal plating company. They use the chemicals to dissolve the metal (gold, silver, copper etc) and use low voltage electricity to draw the dissolved metal to the object they want to plate.

And how ironic, we just did BI on the building last week.
