Batt. 28 used all hands at box 813 for a fire at 221 Schaefer Street, near Knickerbocker Avenue, Bushwick Section of Brooklyn.
Fire was in a three story brick 20 x 60.
Squad 252 (1st due), Engines 277, 233, 222  Ladders 112, 176   Ladder 135 (fast truck), Rescue 2, Div. 15, RAC 2

@1518: Batt. 28 reports fire knocked down, probably will hold, primary and secondary searches are negative.

@1519: Batt. 28 reports the 10-45 is a code 4.

@1523: Batt. 28 reports by order of Deputy Chief Strong of Div. 15, fire is under control.

Engine 210 relocated to Engine 277.

@1526: Rescue 2 is 10-8.

@1526: Engine 310 acting Engine 222 is 10-8.
