I thought I heard a request for EMS on the scanner for two injured members. I’m not sure if it’s this fire or the one in Brooklyn

BC22 and Division 8 requested EMS to front of fire building, SI said EMS has been notified. Division 8 with a mixer off message regarding the (2) injured members

other activity in the area at the time that affected rundown, E163/L83 on a 10-35. L83 became available and responded with TL85 as 2 extra trucks.

Note squad 8 being one of the first due engines so they went in as an engine. Squad 1likely busy so 252 got the run on the all hands. That’s a very far and long haul. 18 miles and nearly an hour or so. Likely never made it to the call. Glad to hear the injured firefighter is stable.

SQ252 asked SI for a progress report from the 22 while responding early on. Definitely don’t hear that often

I spoke with the Uniformed Firefighters Association and the firefighter is doing better but still in serious condition. Please keep him in your prayers.
