Was this an off duty cop? There is some type of placard in windshield.

My response area has many hydrants blocked by off duty cops.


Visits to the precinct CO have proven to be a waste of time.

It was a fake USPS placard, for which the driver got an extra ticket. And apparently the Post caught up with him and he had the nerve to bitch about the windows..."They didn't have to..." he says. How the hell would he know?
 
I'm just catching up on runs, sorry for being slow, but at 4:18 an additional Engine E71? Should that be E 81 or was 71 relocating and got sent in
