Anyone have any info. on a job last night on the Grand Concourse between 197th & 198th St. It was reported as smoke from the window of apt. 4-C. Fire was in the ceiling of that apt. with extension to apt. 5-C. D-7 requested PD & Marshals for possible illegal drug(hydroponic plants) activity in apts.5-C & 6-C.
