99 Terrace View Ave,JFK High School, gas explosion on the 6th fl of a 8 sty school

E-81 we have 2 injured in front of JFK requesting EMS

E-81 gave the 10-60 (as per L-46)

20:33 L46 is beginning to search the 6th floor. L52 has just shut off the main gas valve
20:34 L36 will search the 4th floor, R3 will search the 5th floor and report to B19 Fire Sector
20:35 Command to B19, Sq61 is coming in, they're going to do some metering on the 4,5,6 floors. Also there were 3 workers, all accounted for. B19 to Command we have no fire, no smoke, no odors at all up here

20:47 Ambulance 27G notification to Hospital 25 for 2nd degree burns to 20% of the body (not giving medical details) (a previous Hospital notification stated 2nd degree burns to 80% of the body)

Blast looks like a big one - a lot of debris far from the building.

Apparently blast was trigged by a match - costly mistake. Burned victims are severely burned according to one eye witness the skin was hanging like plastic. Prayers in the aftermath. School is supposedly set to open on time still.
