246/169 became available as a soon as the box was announced - I don’t get how 254 beat them in, but I guess they did. the box 246/169 were on was closer to the Fire than their own quarters are.

254 got in because of multiple addresses being given that weren’t necessary adjacent to each other. The original announced address was around the block from where the job actually was. 246, 169, and 161 went to the original announced address first, which was around the block. 254 managed to go to the correct address quicker than everyone else.
