Units dispatched @23:54 to 509 Foxhall Place SE, for the possible structure fire, 2 Story Twin Dwelling. Upgraded to a working fire.

DC911 – Caller states smoke and fire from the structure @23:55

BC3 – Two story semi-detached home with smoke and fire showing from side and rear of home @00:22

BC3 – All fire is extinguished, working on hotspots with units working in clutter conditions. Fire extended to adjacent property extinguished. No injuries to report. Fire Investigation Unit on scene for origin/cause @01:02

BC3 – All fire is extinguished with extensive overhaul to occur due to clutter conditions. No injuries/no displacements. Units proceeding to decontamination and firefighter rehabilitation @01:22

The first 3 Engines are nowhere near that address. Maybe you meant 33 instead of 3? I can't see Engines 10 & 13 and Truck 10 assigned earlier than some of the other companies listed. Am I missing something here?

I believe the companies are listed in numerical order, not the response order.
 
Didn't even notice that. It must have been a busy early morning because Engines 2, 7, 8 & 18 are all closer than 10 as the crow flies and closer to 3 of the 4 bridges that go over to that part of the city. Also, the one bridge Engine 10 is closer to is going in the wrong direction.
