To add on I don’t think the street signs ever change from E21 street to Kenmore

The East 20's to Bedford all used to be named Streets... and along Farragut the old names are on the street signs under the numerical name...I assure you no one working in the neighborhood uses those for the street designations

East 21st is East 21st until it actually changes on the street sign much farther north than Foster, 21 is also the only block that doesn't cross Flatbush Ave

Ocean, Kenmore, Elmore, Delamere, Mansfield, Bedford...but those names are ancient history in the way of responding over there
