BC11 to MAN: Using 1&2 for an investigation. Can you have Con-Ed respond, we have an electrical condition between the basement and first floor.

BC11 to MAN: Using All-Hands, the condition is getting worse. Getting CO readings throughout the building and a light haze on the first-floor commercial.
