D-6 We had a manhole fire that extended to a vehicle. We have 2 L/S/O. Trucks checking Co Levels in surrounding properties. Co-Ed Gas on scene, waiting Con-Ed Electric. DWH @05:59

D-6 dropping down to a 10-18. Extra Engine & Truck for relief. CO Levels have dropped. Con-Ed electric hasn’t shut down the power yet. @06:55
