BC12: At this time we have some dust, appears to be sheet rock dust, scattered throughout several floors of the school. The custodian is on scene, he was not here yesterday and has no knowledge of it, no one knows what it is, no one has any symptoms, all the personel who were inside have been evacuated from the building as a precautionary, E44 has just arrived, holding everyone at this box at this time.

Division 3: As per HazMat Battalion have OEM respond, we have a command post set up at the 1st ave entrance of the school, we have 20 staffers who have been evacuated. We're still Doubtful, we're awaiting an identification of the substance in the school.

DC3: Progress report. All gas levels have been monitored, we have no gas levels. We're still waiting for OEM. ESU is on scene and is enterring the buidling to help evaluate the substance. At this time we're still waiting on identification of the substance.

DC3: Box 1426, we have 24 staff members who were in the area at the time of the incident, they are isolated and are awaiting identification of the substance for possible decontamination. We have 500 students who have been evacuated to the rear yard courtyard at the school, they have non-exposure at this time, and we'll special call a RAC unit to the scene at this time.

DC3: Box 1426, we've found 1 expended extinguisher in the cafeteria area, it is being held by PD as evidence. We will increase the number of staff members being isolated from 24 to 28 pending possible decon. DEP HazMat team is on the scene also at this time, k. We're still Doubtful at this time pending identification of the substance.

DC3: At this time at Box 1426, all FD operations have concluded at this time. ESU and DEP determined there was a dry chem extinguisher discharged in the cafeteria level. The 28 staff members who were isolated have been allowed to re-enter the building as have all of the 500 students. We're going to leave NYPD in charge of the scene and we'll be 10-8, k.
