Report states that a tank is leaking fuel at a rate of 5000 Gallon per hour into the containment pool.

Now there is a report of 8,000 to 10,000 gallons of diesel in the dike. Another reports states that Holding Tank 11 is leaking. Capacity is 3 million gallons. The amount of product that has leaked is unknown. Transferring To Tank 9.
