How come they didn't send the Superpumper to this? Looks like the perfect solution to the problem.

Were the tires flat, or is that asset too important to be allowed outside the city limits?

That's not my understanding but I could be mistaken. I believe when the other squads were disbanded SQ1 was given first due boxes and 10-75s in a part of Brooklyn or perhaps the majority of Brooklyn. On top of that, they would go citywide with the TRV. I don't believe any unit has ever gone citywide to all 10-75s. Again someone can correct me.

I don’t think anyone understands the amount of water the super pumper needs to work properly.
