310 East 49th Street off of 2nd Avenue

Battalion 8 has fire in the 1st floor ceiling of a restaurant, also fire on the roof - possible duct work fire

Using All-Hands

Battalion 8 transmitting the 2nd alarm - fire in the ducts from 1st floor to the roof of a non fire proof

Div 3 to MAN: Urgent - Transmit the 3rd alarm

On the 3rd alarm: E040, E005, E033, E028, T035, L003, Bn. 1 and MSU

Medical Branch is responding

Div 3 to MAN: We're gonna need PD to close to 2nd Avenue, have the 3rd alarm units to the command post in front of the fire building

Div 3 to MAN: Have Bn. 1 report to the front of the fire building

MAN to Div 3: Bn. 58 is the Air recon chief

Div 3 to MAN: 3rd alarm box 0843, 4 L/S/O,  2 lines on the #2 floor , 1 line on the roof, trucks are opening in the first floor ceiling , fire in second floor apartment

Thanks. Did you happen to catch who the extra engine was? And I'm guessing 54 Engine, 23 Engine and 16 truck were on the 2nd alarm?
