E260 to QNS: We need a full assignment here, we have people exiting through the subway emergency exits saying there’s still people down in a stuck train.

QNS to TL115: Just the “R” train going to Manhattan
requesting power removal
BC45 to QNS: Requesting power off on the “R” from Lexington Avenue into Queens Plaza station
QNS confirming power removed
FC to QNS: We’re 10-84 at Box 7136 gonna see if the 45 needs assistance.
FC1 to QNS: The 45 reports they’re using All-Hands, no additional units needed. Operating at subway emergency exit 441 at 43 Avenue @ 24 Street. In the process of evacuating (2) trains that are stuck in the tunnel. Removing numerous passengers still. DWH.
BC45: U/C. FD operations concluded.
