Just going by what was said by the 27. my guess is the 1/2 story where the tip of the ladder is

This may have been the home years ago of Artie Donovan, former all pro lineman of the then Baltimore Colts. He later had a career as a comedian and raconteur (with a classic Bronx accent). He related in his book ("Fatso") how he would take his Colts teammates home on the D Train for Sunday dinner after playing the Giants. Old videos of Donovan on the Johnny Carson show are available on google. Hilarious!
