It's a deep-seated fire, not a very big fire, we just need the manpower to help with the line and get at the fire. Right now we have to stay at Doubtful.
SI advises that 2 additional engines would require the 2nd alarm, suggests special calling 2 trucks for manpower instead. Division 8 advises he will get back.
