Old dog........In regards to  E-316 , yes it is true that they are the hosewagon company for LaGuardia Airport. As far as relocations for some reasons they are not restricted as E-308 is who is the hosewagon for JFK Airport.
E-316 relocates quite often to other queens companies and also to the bronx since they are right near the JFK bridge.
I do not understand why 316 is often relocated and 308 does not relocate at all. Both companies are airport hosewagons. It also seems that when 308 catches a job or is out of service for at least one hour, a company is relocated to them, often it was E-319 since they are the backup engine for the hosewagon, but now it seems that there is no restriction as to who relocates to them.
