ANOTHER 9-11 MEMBER PASSES.

STAjo, I too got promoted Lt. On 8-8-87. Sorry to hear about Chief Mandala, Rest In Peace Chief!
 
As I understand it to date, a total of 287 FDNY members have had their lives cut short by this WTC 9/11 dust related cancer.

This dust related cancer is now really catching up with them.

We should NEVER FORGET the sacrifice that these firefighters have done.

May they Rest in Peace

This member bravely served this Department protecting life and property in the City of New York in the rescue and recovery at Manhattan Box 5-5-8087 World Trade Center.
The heartfelt sympathy of the entire Department is extended to the family, relatives, and friends of the deceased in the midst of the great loss that they and the Department have sustained.
On Sunday, July 10, 2022 between the hours of 12:00pm – 4:00pm, there will be a Celebration of Life held at Butterf ly World, 3600 West Sample Rd., Coconut Creek, FL.

• Interstate 95 to Sample Rd. WEST (Exit 39) Go approximately 3 miles, entrance is on Left, just past the FL Tpke. We are in the first pavilion on the left as you enter, same as last year.
• Florida Tpke. To Sample Rd. Make a LEFT at light and head WEST. Entrance is on the LEFT at first light just over the Tpke. overpass.
