A driver involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Arlington County on Saturday stole an ambulance responding to the crash and hit many vehicles along I-395 as he drove to D.C., according to police.

Over the years we've had a handful stolen up here near Cleveland. It's usually a psych and you're right, they don't get far.
