Balto City Recruit arrested after threatening fellow recruits- he was armed

Years ago in Houston, two guys on the B Shift at Station 3 got into it. In front of everyone (including the captain), one told the other he was gonna kill him; who spent the rest of the shift locked in the watch office. Something had to be done. Nobody wanted this hothead on their shift.

In a textbook HR move, the City of Houston lets this guy transfer to HPD and gave him a gun and badge.

I heard later he got jammed up with some "working girls" while assigned to the Vice Squad.
