What is the purpose of this frequency ? What channel does it repeat ?
 
It boost power on frequency your transmitting on using VHF to UHF......5 watts VHF to 40 watts UHF.
it’s called a Cross Band Repeater. Mainly used in High-Rise Office building areas (Manhattan)
