Is that the correct address? I thought west of the CIP was Queens. Also does Bellerose Terr cover UBS?

It is the correct address, and it is Bellerose terrace district. Across the street from this address is queens. Than queens starts the next block over on 225th St. UBS arena is covered by Elmont FD.
