Many, many thanx for the site you put up. I left Boston in May of 78 to go to Chicago. Man how I miss BFD, my wife understands. The first time she heard a scanner with Boston striking a box she wanted to know what all the beeps were. I gave her a basic course, first digit 6 is East Boston, 7 was Southie, 4 was Charlestown, and 5 was Brighton which is where we lived. Box 5826. You did good!!! On the way back to Boston from our honeymoon we caught a fifth in Southie, she met a lot of jakes I knew.
