Brooklyn Frequency Coming in EXTREMELY low

Anyone having issues with the volume on the Brooklyn Frequency? I usually list to Broadcastify FDNY Brooklyn Live Feed but the last few days the volume has been so low I can barely hear it.

Haven't been on Broadcastify in a hot minute, even then it was low. *Probably because I was listening to three frequencies at once*

I will never be able to understand why they want to encrypt all the 5 boros, I can slighty understand CW1 since CW2 is already encrypted.

Also, what NYPD Borough Frequencines aren't encrypted? Bronx and S.I. are encrypted already.
